KishHealth System Center for Family Health, Malta, formerly Tri-County Community Health Center, located on the Kishwaukee College campus, offers primary care for adults, children and infants (including well child care) including:Ouside

  • Annual physicals (including pap smears and breast exams)
  • Illness or injury
  • Chronic condition management
  • Immunizations
  • Wellness and preventative services
  • On-site laboratory
  • Accepting most insurances
  • English and Spanish-speaking staff

KishHealth System Center for Family Health in Malta accepts most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid and a low-cost fee is available for patients without insurance. Payment is required at time of service.

Insurance & Payment

The center accepts most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check your insurance to see if we are in your network. A low-cost fee is available for patients without insurance. Payment is required at time of service.

Transportation

The Center for Family Health is located on the campus of Kishwaukee College. Transportation to the Malta Clinic is available through TransVAC. TransVAC also will do direct pickups at a patient’s home. Those arrangements can be made by preregistering with Voluntary Action Center. For more information about arranging transportation, call VAC at 815.758.6641.

Public transportation to Kishwaukee College is also available through VAC and the Lee-Ogle Transportation System.
